Did you know that paella originated right here in Valencia? The traditional Paella Valenciana is made with chicken, rabbit, snails and fresh vegetables, though rabbit and snails are often left out for tourists.

Sorry to say, but we rarely go out for Paella beacuse Marc's dad, Jose, makes the BEST in town (pictured).
